Spartan Artists Participate in Memory Program
Posted on 05/30/2024
Art club and art students at Wyomissing Area have been participating in the Memory Project for the past 16 years. “The Memory Project is a youth arts organization that promotes intercultural understanding and kindness between children around the world.” (www.memoryproject.org)
Art students participating in the Memory Project used their creative energy and talents to create a portrait for a child in another country. The portraits this year are of children in Syria and were created by Mya Bagenstose, Anaiah Ceccardi, Olivia Szor, Laura Rosario, Reem El-Houdaigui, Rhea Patel, and Mrs. Zamperini.
